How to use
FIXX suggests 1 gel 10–15 minutes before you start, then 1 every 30–40 minutes. Drink enough fluid throughout.

Storage

Does it have caffeine?
Yes. FIXX lists 50mg of naturally occurring caffeine per Vanilla Maple gel.
Who shouldn’t have caffeine?
Caffeine isn’t recommended for children, or if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine. Count it towards your daily total and try it in training before race day.
Should I try it before race day?
Yes. Practise your fuelling on long runs so your gut is used to it. Never try anything new on race day.
