Delivered within 2–5 business days (metro areas) and up to 7 days for regional areas
Express Delivery
$14.95 flat rate for all Australian orders under $300 AUD

Includes signature on delivery for extra peace of mind
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, which offer full tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect in-store.
Pick-up is available during store trading hours from our Berwick Store.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders placed on a weekday are processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
True Stryde is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once dispatched.
If you are not home, your parcel may be taken to the nearest post office or collection point.
We recommend providing an address where someone can receive your parcel between 9am–5pm.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to confirm an updated delivery date or offer an alternative.
