Running Shoe Size Guide

Every shoe on our site is listed in US sizes. Use the charts below to convert from UK, EU or cm, using each brand's own official size chart. Sizing varies between brands and even between models, so the best way to be sure is to try them on.

How to measure your feet

  • Measure later in the day, when your feet are at their largest.
  • Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in cm.
  • Measure both feet and go by the longer one.
  • Allow roughly a thumb's width of room in front of your longest toe in a running shoe.

Widths

Standard width is usually B for women and D for men. Wide is usually D (women's) or 2E (men's), and extra wide is 2E (women's) or 4E (men's). Shop all our wide fit shoes.
