We want you to love your purchase. Every order is personally inspected and carefully packed to ensure it leaves our store in perfect condition.
If your items arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact our friendly team immediately so we can help resolve it quickly.
Online Purchases
Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund or credit note, provided the item:
- Is returned within 30 days of delivery
- Is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached
- Is in original condition and packaging
Gift vouchers are not eligible for return.

In-Store Purchases
Full-priced items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase for either an exchange or a credit note.
Please Note
- All returns for change of size or change of mind are at the expense of the customer.
- You must clearly indicate whether you wish to exchange or return your item.
- We are not liable for the loss of any returned items, so we strongly recommend using a tracked postage method.
- Please allow up to 3 days for full refunds to be processed once your return is received.
Exclusions
- No returns or exchanges on sale items
- No returns or exchanges on items purchased during Flash Sales or promotions
- No returns or exchanges on jewellery or accessories
Faulty Items
We take great care when inspecting and packing every order, but if you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at

Please include your order number, clear photos of the fault, and a short description.
Once assessed and approved as faulty, we’ll happily arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
