The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to True Stryde Pty Ltd ATF Bennett Family Trust.

True Stryde operates this website and retail store, including all related content, features, tools, and services, to provide a premium running, footwear, and lifestyle shopping experience (the “Services”).

Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed. If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. stock availability), we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

Once your order is handed to the courier:

  • Ownership transfers to you
  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or incorrect delivery details

6. IN-STORE SERVICES (INCLUDING GAIT ANALYSIS)

True Stryde may offer in-store services such as gait analysis and fitting support.

By using these services, you acknowledge:

  • You are participating voluntarily
  • You are responsible for your own physical condition
  • True Stryde is not liable for injury arising from use of equipment (including treadmills)

All services are provided for guidance only and do not replace professional medical advice.

Our store is powered by Shopify.

All purchases are made directly with True Stryde. Shopify is not responsible for product fulfilment, delivery, or customer service.

11. ERRORS & INACCURACIES

  • True Stryde is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product
