Each gel contains 200mg sodium, allowing you to combine carbohydrate and sodium within the same fuel.
Citrulline malate
PURE includes citrulline malate as one of the key performance ingredients in its Performance + Race formula.
How to use
PURE recommends using one gel approximately 15 minutes before activity, then every 30–40 minutes during exercise according to your individual fuelling requirements.
Maximum daily intake: 5 servings.

Maltodextrin, filtered water, organic cane sugar, mineral salts (sodium chloride, sodium citrate), citrulline malate, lemon juice, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), natural flavour and antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
