Fuel in your bottle

The carbohydrate blend uses glucose and sucrose. Each scoop supplies approximately 100 kcal; two scoops supply approximately 200 kcal.

Electrolytes and amino acids

A two-scoop drink contains 468 mg sodium, 152 mg potassium, 64 mg calcium and 24 mg magnesium. Fuel X Pro also includes alanine and leucine.

How to use

Mix two scoops with 500–700 mL water and shake well. Sip during exercise. Follow your pack's directions.
