The Altra Experience Flow 3 Men's – White/Lime is a lightweight neutral road running shoe designed to make everyday kilometres feel smooth, efficient and effortless.

Built around Altra EGO™ P35 midsole foam, the Experience Flow 3 delivers lightweight, comfortable cushioning without the bulky feel of a max-cushion trainer. Its mid-level cushioning makes it a versatile choice for daily running, easy kilometres and walking.

A 4mm heel-to-toe drop works together with Altra's rocker-shaped geometry to encourage a smooth transition through the stride and an efficient toe-off. For runners interested in Altra but not wanting to move directly into one of the brand's 0mm platforms, the Experience Flow 3 provides a low-drop alternative.

Up top, an updated engineered mesh upper improves breathability, while the redesigned heel collar is shaped for additional comfort around the rearfoot.

Altra EGO™ P35 cushioning

The Experience Flow 3 uses Altra EGO™ P35, a lightweight midsole foam designed to provide an efficient and comfortable underfoot feel.

Rather than creating an excessively soft or highly stacked shoe, the Experience Flow 3 sits in Altra's Mid cushioning category, making it versatile enough for regular daily training while keeping the ride feeling light and connected.

4mm drop + rocker geometry

Unlike Altra's traditional 0mm models, the Experience Flow 3 has a 4mm heel-to-toe drop, with 32mm of stack under the heel and 28mm under the forefoot.

A rocker-shaped platform complements the low drop, helping the shoe roll smoothly forward and encouraging an efficient toe-off without taking away from the runner's natural stride.

This makes the Experience Flow 3 an especially interesting option for runners wanting to experience Altra's FootShape™ philosophy without immediately moving into a completely level 0mm platform.

Standard FootShape™ fit

The Experience Flow 3 uses Altra's Standard FootShape™ fit.

It provides room through the toe box so the toes aren't unnecessarily compressed while retaining a more secure fit through the midfoot.

Importantly, FootShape™ does not automatically mean the shoe is a wide-width shoe. This model uses Altra's Standard FootShape™ profile rather than its roomier Original profile or a dedicated Wide fit.

Generation 3 introduces an updated engineered mesh upper designed to increase breathability.

Altra has also redesigned the heel collar to improve comfort and create a more refined step-in feel around the rearfoot.
