Neversecond C90 High-Carb Drink Mix offers a convenient way to carry carbohydrate as a drink. Each 94g sachet supplies 90g carbohydrate and 200mg sodium, using a 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose blend.

The Citrus flavour fits into the wider C-Series range, allowing you to combine drink mix and gels while keeping track of your total carbohydrate intake.

Mix it your way

Add water first, then mix one sachet into 500mL, 750mL or 1 litre of water. Shake until the powder dissolves and practise your preferred concentration during training.

True Stryde Tip: One C90 sachet contributes three 30g carbohydrate units. Count any gels or other fuel alongside it when planning a longer session.
