Questions
Lime or Berry?

Same carbs. Lime is caffeine free; Berry has 30mg of caffeine.

How many per hour?

Most runners aim for 2 gels an hour on long runs, about 50g of carbs. Build up in training.

Should I try it before race day?

Yes. Practise your fuelling on long runs so your gut is used to it. Never try anything new on race day.
