How to use
FIXX suggests 10–20mL (1–2 mouthfuls) about 5 minutes before exercise, 10–20mL at the first sign of cramp, then 10–20mL every 40–60 minutes. No more than 100mL a day.

Storage

How does it work?
FIXX says the vinegar triggers a nerve response that switches off the cramp signal, rather than acting on the muscle itself. The causes of cramp aren’t fully understood.
Does it replace electrolytes or water?
