Glycerin 23 or Ghost 18?
The Glycerin is plusher and more premium with an 8 mm drop. The Ghost is lighter with a 10 mm drop.
What changed from the Glycerin 22?
Brooks lowered the drop from 10 mm to 8 mm, added forefoot foam and a new upper.
Is there a support version?
Yes, the Glycerin GTS 23 adds GuideRails support.
Is it good for walking?
Yes. Brooks labels the Glycerin 23 as a Run & Walk shoe with plush cushioning.
Care instructions
Brush off dirt and wipe with a damp cloth. Air-dry away from direct heat. Don’t put them in the washing machine or dryer.
