Is the Ghost 18 good for beginners?
Yes. It’s comfortable, forgiving and easy to run in, which makes it a great first running shoe.
Ghost 18 or Adrenaline GTS 25?
They feel similar. The Adrenaline adds GuideRails support for feet that roll inward; the Ghost is neutral.
Can I walk in the Ghost 18?
Absolutely. It’s just as comfortable for walking as running.
Care instructions
Brush off dirt and wipe with a damp cloth. Air-dry away from direct heat. Don’t put them in the washing machine or dryer.
