Road Comfort. Trail Confidence. Built to Go Further.
The Mount to Coast Women’s H1 in White Sand is a versatile road-to-trail running shoe designed for runners who move between pavement, gravel, fire roads and light trails.
Built for long-distance comfort and changing terrain, the H1 combines Mount to Coast’s responsive CircleCELL™ midsole with a VersaGrip™ outsole and low-profile 2mm lugs. The result is a cushioned, smooth ride that feels comfortable on the road while providing additional grip when your run heads off the pavement.
Mount to Coast’s distinctive TUNEDFIT™ Dual Lacing System allows separate adjustment through the forefoot and midfoot, helping runners fine-tune their fit — particularly useful as feet change and swell over longer distances.

Cushioning & ride
At the heart of the H1 is Mount to Coast’s CircleCELL™ midsole, designed to provide a lightweight combination of cushioning, responsiveness and durability.
A 35mm heel and 29mm forefoot stack gives you plenty of protection for longer mileage, while the 6mm drop provides a balanced platform that works across both road and trail.
Rather than feeling like a heavily lugged technical trail shoe, the H1 is designed to transition smoothly between surfaces.
Road-to-trail grip
The VersaGrip™ outsole is built specifically for versatility across mixed terrain.
Low-profile 2mm lugs provide additional traction across gravel, dirt and light trails while remaining shallow enough to feel comfortable when you're back on pavement.
This makes the H1 particularly useful for runners whose routes include a combination of sealed roads, gravel paths, park trails and fire roads.
TUNEDFIT™ Dual Lacing System
The TUNEDFIT™ Dual Lacing System allows the forefoot and midfoot to be adjusted separately.
Instead of tightening or loosening the entire shoe, you can fine-tune different areas of the fit — particularly useful on longer runs when your feet may swell or when you want more room through the forefoot without sacrificing midfoot security.
Durable upper
The H1 uses a dual-zone upper construction designed to balance comfort with off-road durability.
The upper combines an adaptive jacquard section with high-performance woven material reinforced with aramid fibres in areas where additional durability is beneficial.

Who is the Women’s H1 for?
The H1 is an excellent choice for runners who don't want their route limited by their shoes.
If your run starts on pavement, heads onto gravel or a fire road and finishes back on the road, the H1 gives you the cushioning, grip and versatility to handle the whole run in one shoe.
It is also particularly appealing for long-distance runners who value the ability to adjust their shoe fit as their feet change throughout a longer session.
