PeakFuel Energy Gels are designed to provide a compact source of carbohydrate during running, cycling and endurance exercise.

Each 35g gel provides 25.6g carbohydrate, with PeakFuel using a combination of longer- and shorter-chain sugars as part of its fuelling formula. PeakFuel describes the shorter-chain sugars as providing an initial energy source while the longer-chain carbohydrate component is intended for more sustained fuelling.
