FAQs

How much should I take?
It depends on your session and how much you sweat. Precision Fuel & Hydration has a free online Fuel & Hydration Planner, and we’re happy to help you work it out in store.

Do I still need gels?
For longer races, usually yes. The drink gives 60g of carbs per litre, so most runners add gels or chews to reach their target.

Should I try it before race day?
Yes. Practise your fuelling on long runs so your gut is used to it. Never try anything new on race day.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sun.
