FAQs
Who shouldn’t have caffeine?
Caffeine isn’t recommended for children, or if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine. Count it towards your daily total and try it in training before race day.
How often should I take it?
FIXX suggests one every 30–40 minutes. Swap in caffeinated gels when you want a lift, rather than taking them every time.
Should I try it before race day?
Yes. Practise your fuelling on long runs so your gut is used to it. Never try anything new on race day.
Storage
Shelf life is 18 months from manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sun.
