Who shouldn’t have caffeine?
Caffeine isn’t recommended for children, or if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine. Count it towards your daily total and try it in training before race day.

Fuel X or Fuel X Pro?
Same carbs, electrolytes and directions. Fuel X Pro adds 560mg of L-alanine and 560mg of L-leucine.

Should I try it before race day?
Yes. Practise your fuelling on long runs so your gut is used to it. Never try anything new on race day.
