Glycerin Max 2 or Glycerin 23?
The Max has much more foam, a 6 mm drop and a rocker. The Glycerin 23 is lower, more flexible and has an 8 mm drop.

Is it good for forefoot pain?
Brooks designed it to reduce underfoot load, which many runners with forefoot issues find helpful.

Is it heavy?
It’s a big shoe, but the rocker keeps it rolling smoothly.

Care

Brush off dirt and wipe with a damp cloth. Air-dry away from direct heat. Don’t put them in the washing machine or dryer.
