OOFOS Size Guide

Finding the right fit is essential to getting the full recovery benefits of OOFOS footwear.

Most OOFOS styles are designed with a medium-width unisex fit, making them suitable for most foot shapes. The exception is the OOlala, which features a slightly narrower footbed.

Which OOFOS Style Is Right For You?

Wider Feet

If you have wider feet, we recommend:

The OOahh Sport Flex features an adjustable OOfoam™ strap, making it ideal for wider feet, higher insteps, and higher arches.

Narrow Feet

If you have narrower feet, the OOlala Thong offers a slightly slimmer, more tapered footbed.

How to Measure Your Foot

1. Place your largest foot on an A4 sheet of paper.
2. Mark the back of your heel.
3. Mark the tip of your longest toe.
4. Measure the distance between these two marks.

Your measurement is your foot length, which can then be matched to the OOFOS sizing chart below.

Fit Tips

Because OOFOS footwear is made from soft and supportive OOfoam™, slight variations in fit may occur between different styles.

For the best fit:

• Your foot should sit comfortably within the footbed.
• Leave a small amount of room at the front and back.
• The upper should feel supportive but never restrictive.
• Avoid overstretching or pulling excessively on the OOfoam™ material to maximise its lifespan.

High Instep?

If you have a high instep (where the top of your foot sits higher or fuller than average), the OOahh Slide may feel snug across the top of your foot.

For a more accommodating fit, we recommend the OOahh Sport Flex, which features an adjustable strap for greater comfort.
