Archies was created by Australian physiotherapist Dan Jones after seeing countless patients struggle with foot pain caused by flat, unsupportive thongs. With no supportive options on the market that looked and felt like a classic Aussie thong, Dan set out to design something better.

Drawing on physiotherapy and podiatry principles, he spent years developing a one-piece, arch-supporting thong that solves the comfort and alignment issues of traditional styles. What began at local markets has grown into a nationwide favourite, now stocked in more than 3,000 Australian retailers and worn by elite athletes across AFL, AFLW, NRL and other professional sporting codes.

Archies also supports community initiatives, donating thousands of pairs to Soles4Souls and to Australian healthcare workers.
